The Enterprise Center
at PathStone

Providing human, social, and development services to underserved individuals and communities since 1969.

The Enterprise Center at PathStone is an affiliate of PathStone Corporation, a multi-state community development corporation. Established in 1997, the Enterprise Center is a designated Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).

Our mission is to enhance the economic self-sufficiency and quality of life of individuals and communities through entrepreneurial training, technical assistance, access to financing for new and expanding businesses, and mortgage products for underserved borrowers.

Our small business loans are paired with a strong program of pre-loan and post-loan technical assistance to support our clients' growth. While our loans range in size from $500 to $250,000, most start-ups are limited to a $50,000 maximum loan.

Owner of C-Eye Optical
"I obtained a microloan with PECI in early 2020 to start my business, not knowing that I would soon face the COVID-19 pandemic. Thankfully, we were able to cope with the risks and are a successful and resilient business serving the municipality of Ponce."
